Terms of Sale

Net 30 Days on all open accounts to rated companies. New accounts must provide credit references. Prices are in Canadian Dollars, unless otherwise stated. Current  exchange rates are applicable when invoicing to the U.S. Orders are shipped F.O.B. CANADA, using best shipping method, unless otherwise requested and approved by Hazmark Inc. Minimum order is $50 (CDN) unless otherwise approved by Hazmark Inc. Sales Tax applicable, if shipped within Canada, unless P.E.C. (Ontario Retail Sales Tax Exemption Certificate provided in advance of delivery) Freight Charges will be added to invoice, unless shipped collect to Customer. Custom orders are not subject to cancellation, unless payment is made for such artwork, plates and preparation expenses which may have been incurred by Hazmark Inc. Specifications, prices, and delivery subject to change without notice.

NOTICE:     THE DECISION AS TO THE SUITABILITY AND PROPER USAGE OF ANY LABEL, SIGN AND/OR PLACARD FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.  BUYER CANNOT ASSUME THAT MEASURES OR WARNINGS IN ADDITION TO THE LABELS, SIGNS OR PLACARDS PURCHASED FROM HAZMARK INC. MAY NOT BE REQUIRED UNDER THE PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES.

BUYER AFFIRMS THAT NO WARRANTIES HAVE BEEN MADE BY HAZMARK INC. CONCERNING THE PROPER USAGE OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD HEREIN OR THE FITNESS OF ANY PRODUCT FOR THE PARTICULAR PURPOSE EMPLOYED BY HAZMARK INC. SELLER HEREBY GIVES NOTICE AND HAZMARK INC. AGREES THAT ANY STATEMENT MADE BY HAZMARK INC. IN THE SALE OF ADVERTISING OF THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT CREATE ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL SUCH STATEMENTS ARE INFORMATIONAL ONLY.
