Class 7, Radioactive Materials

2.38 General

Substances with an activity greater than 70 kBq/kg are radioactive materials and are included in Class 7, Radioactive Materials.

For the purposes of Parts 3 and 4 of these Regulations, the transport index and the category are determined in accordance with the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission "Packaging and Transport Regulations".

2.39 Divisions

There are no divisions for Class 7.

2.40 Packing Groups

There are no packing groups for Class 7.
